This website publishes automated, source-linked intelligence about the payments and fintech industry, and provides a merchant payment diagnostics tool. It is provided free of charge for general information and professional research. Using the site does not create any advisory, contractual or fiduciary relationship.

Briefs are generated by an automated pipeline that retrieves, filters, analyses and scores third-party sources. Coverage depends on what those sources publish and what the search layer surfaces; a development that is not indexed will not appear. The pipeline can misinterpret a source, and it does not reconcile claims against each other over time. Content is offered “as is”, without any warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

Every published brief cites the sources it is built from, and only reaches publication after passing evidence checks (not refused, sufficient evidence, at least three ranked sources, a confidence floor). The primary sources remain the authoritative record. Where a brief and a source disagree, the source governs. Follow the citations before relying on a figure.

The Impact and Confidence values, and the Market Pulse momentum figures, are model-assigned or count-based indicators used for ranking and filtering. They are not calibrated measurements, forecasts, or statements of real-world market share, revenue or adoption. Momentum reflects how often a topic appears in recent covered sources — a measure of attention, not of market movement.

Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or financial, tax or legal advice. Briefs are generated automatically and are not a substitute for professional judgement or independent verification. Any decision you take remains your own responsibility.

The analyzer runs entirely in your browser and returns deterministic diagnostic indications — approval-rate breakdowns, decline drivers, segment comparisons and anomaly flags — from the CSV you provide. Its output depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of your input, describes what the data shows, and is not a guarantee of any revenue, approval-rate or cost outcome, nor a specific optimisation recommendation. Validate findings against your own systems before acting on them.

The site links to third-party websites for source attribution. It does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

You agree not to:

• interfere with or place an unreasonable load on the site’s infrastructure, or attempt to circumvent its security controls or access controls;
• scrape or bulk-download content in a manner that disrupts the service or breaches the terms of the underlying sources;
• present the content as your own, or in a way that misrepresents its automated origin or its evidence limits;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The site’s design, original text and compiled datasets are protected. Quoted source material, company names and links belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and attribution. You may cite and link to briefs with attribution; you may not republish the compiled dataset wholesale.

The site is provided without charge and without warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for slight negligence except where an essential contractual duty (Kardinalpflicht) is breached, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or decisions taken in reliance on the content.

Liability for injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, and under the Produkthaftungsgesetz or other mandatory law remains unaffected. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

These terms may be updated as the site develops. The version published here, dated at the top, is the one that applies. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
